Patients of all ages who are started on antidepressant therapy should be monitored appropriately and observed closely for clinical worsening, suicidality, or unusual changes in behavior.Families and caregivers should be advised of the need for close observation and communication with the prescriber.Doxepin hydrochloride oral solution is available as a concentrate for oral administration containing Doxepin hydrochloride equivalent to 10 mg of Doxepin per m L.It also contains the following inactive ingredients: glycerin; methylparaben; peppermint flavor; propylparaben; water.Histamine is released from histamine-storing cells (mast cells) and attaches to other cells that have receptors for histamine on their surfaces.Histamine stimulates the cells to release chemicals that produce effects that we associate with allergy, including welts, itching, and tissue swelling.
Take this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it.
Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually 2 or 3 times daily.
Dosage is based on your medical condition, age, and response to treatment. Older adults usually start with a lower dose to decrease the risk of side effects.

Assess each patient’s risk prior to prescribing Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets, and monitor all patients regularly for the development of these behaviors and conditions [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)].
